A Role Designed for Experienced Professionals
As an Associate Service Professional, you are a senior expert in industrial service environments who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and business development. You work on a flexible, project-by-project basis, contributing to high-impact assignments while growing your own professional footprint.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to OEM clients, combining hands-on leadership with strategic insight—whether through interim management, consultancy, or training engagements.
What You Will Do
Your role spans three key dimensions:
- Deliver impact – Lead interim management assignments and consultancy projects, stabilizing operations, improving performance, and shaping service strategies
- Build relationships – Leverage your network to identify opportunities and contribute to business development
- Shape the future of service – Contribute to innovation, methodology development, and knowledge sharing within PORAZIET
Typical assignments range from short advisory projects to 6–9 month interim leadership roles, working directly with OEM service teams across Europe.
The Profile We’re Looking For
We are looking for professionals who bring:
- 10–15+ years of experience in industrial service, aftermarket, or OEM environments
- A track record in service operations, management, or consulting roles
- Strong expertise in areas such as service strategy, contracts, spare parts, field service, and digitalization
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A strong professional network and an entrepreneurial mindset
You are someone who enjoys working independently, builds trusted relationships at all levels—from technicians to C-level—and is motivated to help organizations achieve service excellence.
